Hi friends! We’ve been a little quiet around here for the last couple months since welcoming our newest wildflower, my sweet baby girl Delilah. We’re getting back in the swing of things and have a lot of exciting upcoming events, starting with this fun hands on workshop! Kick of the fall season by protecting, pampering, and nourishing your skin. Join us for this fun DIY where you'll learn about the healing benefits of bath salts and essential oils. Wellness consultant Samantha Wilson will be showing us how to craft our own relaxing aromatherapy bath soak using salts, essential oils, and herbs. Samantha will also be giving us recipe cards for us to recreate these blends at home. All attendees will receive 10% off at Wildflower CNH for the afternoon! 🌿

I am thrilled to officially introduce you to the newest addition to the apothecary, Amy Holomakoff, our new Assistant Extraordinaire. Amy's passion in holistic wellness began with her previous experiences as vegan cafe/juice bar manager, freelance writer for CT Food and Farm, and through her lifestyle/recipe blog (@theroadiechef) and work at a yoga studio. She is a great fit and we know you'll love her caring attentiveness and awesome lifestyle tips. If you haven't met her already, you're in for a treat!

In other exciting news, there is another addition on the horizon. I am expecting a baby girl! This littlest addition to the apothecary family is due at the end of May. Amy will be holding down the fort and taking great care of things while I am on maternity leave.

We'll be adjusting our schedule slightly during this time. BEGINNING MAY 6th, our hours will be M – F 10:30 – 5 and SAT 10 – 2. If it's tough for you to make it in with the adjusted schedule, feel free to give us a call and place a mail order or to arrange for a before/after-hours pick up.

Besides these sweet additions to the apothecary, we have other super exciting plans and projects in the works. Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming workshops, events, and new additions to our website, including more articles and herbal monographs on our blog. We also have some beautiful new wellness and organic skincare products arriving just in time for a spring refresh. Also, if you’re local to us in CT, look out for Wildflower CNH offerings at local farmer's markets this summer - we'll let you know when and where!
